A VERY SPECIAL CLASS FOCUSED ONLY ON BREATHING TECHNIQUES. LEARN TO DEEPEN YOUR BREATH. ARM YOURSELF WITH DEEP BREATHING ABILITY IN THIS GLOBALLY TURBULENT TIME.
Classes can be customized to your very specific needs.
15mins/25 mins/45mins or the typical 1 hour.
We also provide:
Private yoga coaching sessions for hatha yoga, yoga for backpain and yoga for turbulent times
Available sessions are weekday afternoons and/or evenings & Saturday mornings.
